All content, designs, graphics, code, and software related to the Services (including the "RTV" logo, "Travels & Notes!" motto, and Kipinotes source code) are the exclusive intellectual property of Nwatech and Sons Ventures. In apps like Kipinotes, you may create, store, and manage your own data. We claim no ownership over the notes, tasks, or lists you create. You are solely responsible for the content you generate and ensure it does not violate any local laws.

Ventures makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of their services, or the information, content, materials, or products included on them. We do not warrant that the applications will be error-free or uninterrupted.
